Leon Wildes, the founder of the firm, serves as Senior Partner. Holding J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the New York University School of Law, he was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where he taught immigration law for more than 30 years. He regularly publishes scholarly articles in the field and lectures widely to both immigration lawyers and lawyers in general practice, and has practiced in the field for fifty years. A recognized authority in his field, he served as National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has testified before the United States Congress as an expert in immigration matters. Awarded the Edith Lowenstein Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions to the field of Immigration Law, he is best known for his successful representation of former Beatle John Lennon and his wife Yoko Ono in deportation proceedings spanning a five year period. Steven L. Weinberg, Managing Partner, a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, with the firm for over 30 years, has been a Partner since 1976. His contributions have added to the firm's reputation for incisive legal analysis and effective representation. Accomplished in immigration litigation, he has argued cases across the country and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Michael J. Wildes, Managing Partner, a former Federal Prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn (1989-1993), Mr. Wildes has testified on Capitol Hill in connection with anti-terrorism legislation and is internationally renowned for his successful representation of several defectors who have provided difficult to obtain national security information. He is frequently a legal commentator/analyst for network television, most recently in connection with the terrorist threats facing the United States. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, where he teaches immigration law. From 2004 through 2010, Mr. Wildes was also the Mayor of Englewood, New Jersey–where he resides.
