17th annual ruth wildes memorial lecture


On Saturday, December 1, Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks will deliver the Seventeenth Annual Ruth B. Wildes Memorial Lecture at Manhattan Jewish Experience  Rabbi Sacks will be speaking on:

JEWISH IDENTITY IN AN AGE OF MULTICULTURISM:
Reconciling Jewish Pride & Closeness with Diversity & Pluralism

Rabbi Sacks, who has served as Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom since September 1991, is the sixth incumbent since the role was formalized in 1845.  Among the 14 honorary degrees which he holds is a Doctor of Divinity degree conferred on him by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Memorial Lecture will take place at:

Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.
