The U.S. Department of State is continuing the phase-in of its new Nonimmigrant Visa Application form, Form DS-160. The new form incorporates several previous forms, such as the DS-156, DS-157 and DS-158 and combines them into one form which will be used for all nonimmigrant visa applications.
