
Ash is a Senior Attorney in the Business & Employment Immigration Group in our New York office. Her practice concentrates on representing corporate clients in various industries on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. She also advises corporate clients in connection with the development and execution of global mobility strategies and compliance issues. Ash has extensive experience in handling all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, TN, PERM, and National Interest Waivers, amongst other application types.
Ash was previously employed with Wildes & Weinberg as an Associate Attorney for over 7 years. Prior to re-joining Wildes & Weinberg in 2025, she worked as an Associate at large multi-practice law firms in New York, where she represented multinational corporate clients across a wide range of industries including technology, finance, and healthcare, with a particular focus on PERM.
Ash holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Music Business and Management from Berklee College of Music. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Ash was also a Writer for The Korea Times and a Speech Writer for a New York State Senate candidate. She is fluent in Korean and conversant in Japanese and Chinese.
