Amy Eisen Bakst is a Senior Attorney in Wildes & Weinberg’s Business and Family Groups.
Amy concentrates her practice on representing clients across various industries on all aspects of U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. She has experience working on almost every nonimmigrant visa type, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, and many other visa applications, as well as applications for immigrant visas and adjustment of status. She also frequently represents clients before various administrative bodies, including USCIS.
As the daughter of two immigrants from Colombia, Amy has always been passionate about helping individuals seeking opportunity in the U.S. Some of the best moments of Amy’s career have been when she succeeded in obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Status for a young boy from Honduras and Asylum for an Egyptian woman. She is licensed in New Jersey, fluent in Spanish, and conversant in Hebrew.
