Caroline Gabela-Monteiro is a Senior Attorney at Wildes & Weinberg, as well as the Chair of the firm’s Talent Visa Team and the Director of the Miami Office. Her primary focus includes talent-based visas and employment-based immigration, as well as family-based petitions and representation before immigration adjudicators.

Caroline handles many of the firm’s O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, EB-1 extraordinary ability green card applications, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, and P-1 petitions for internationally recognized athletes, among other employment-based immigration matters. In addition, Caroline oversees some of the firm’s most sophisticated and high-stakes filings.

Shas tremendous experience in immigration matters for business executives, tattoo artists, models, hair stylists, directors, art advisors, writers, researchers, photographers, architects, musicians, and a variety of other fields. She also has vast experience representing individuals in front of administrative agencies, including USCIS, in both family-based applications and employment-based petitions.

Caroline previously served as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Michael C. Levy (Immigration) and a Legal Intern at The Bronx Defenders. She is licensed in the State of Florida, as well as Immigration Courts around the country, and is fluent in Spanish.

Born and raised in South Florida to Cuban immigrants, Caroline has witnessed first-hand just how much growth and vibrancy immigration brings to any community and is dedicated to seeing our clients through the immigration process as smoothly as possible.
