Mia Ganotice-Olis is a Senior Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Family Groups. Her primary practice focuses on litigation, removal defense, applications for asylum, family-based applications, waivers, and federal court matters.

As a key member of the Litigation team, Mia represents clients in removal proceedings and handles many of the firm’s complex waiver applications, asylum claims, BIA appeals, criminal assessments, and federal court cases, amongst other important roles.

Mia is also a member of the Family Team, wherein she handles many family-based petitions, often representing clients in front of administrative agencies, including adjustment of status and naturalization applicants before USCIS. She is a staunch advocate for our client’s rights, and can often be found defending them before immigration courts, as well as various adjudicative agencies.

Mia previously served as an Immigration Attorney at many other immigration firms, such as the Law Office of Spar & Bernstein, Bretz & Coven, and The Kuba Law Firm. She also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Bronwyn C. Miller in the 11th Judicial Circuit in Florida and a Legal Extern for the Miami-Date State Attorney’s Office (Gangs/Guns/Narcotics Special Division).

Mia is licensed in New York and Florida, as well as Immigration Courts around the United States. She is fluent in Tagalog and Ilocano, and conversant in Spanish.
