Associate Attorney in the Talent and Business Groups
Sara Gruszczynski is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Talent and Business Groups. She represents artists, entertainers, athletes, and other individuals of extraordinary ability, as well as companies seeking employment-based visa solutions. Sara has experience preparing O-1, P-1, and J-1 petitions, among other nonimmigrant visa classifications.
Sara earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she attended on a full-tuition academic merit scholarship. During law school, she served as the Business, Communications, and Operations Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal. She was a member of the Dean’s Scholar Program, a Dean’s List honoree, and served as President of Hillel JD.
While in law school, Sara gained litigation and judicial experience through roles at the Nassau County Supreme Court and several New York law firms, where she assisted in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses in both civil litigation and immigration matters.
Prior to law school, Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Jewish Studies.
A native of Montreal, Canada, she is fluent in French. Sara is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. She is also admitted in New Jersey (pending UBE transfer).
