Stacy A. Huber joined Wildes & Weinberg, PC in 2023 as a Senior Associate Attorney in our Litigation Department. She graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Literature and Rhetoric and a Minor in Women’s Studies in 2002, and later earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005, where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Legal Commentary. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and immigration courts throughout the U.S. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has more than 15 years of experience in immigration defense prior to joining our firm.

Stacy’s practice specializes in navigating complex cases at all stages of litigation before the immigration courts, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Federal District and Circuit Courts, as well as representing clients pursuing various applications before USCIS, such as political asylum, fraud, criminal, and provisional waivers, adjustment of status, naturalization, and consular processing before the U.S. Department of State. She often handles some of the firm’s most complex litigation issues, including motions to reopen and appeals, and plays a key role in researching intricate legal questions and developing case strategies as they pertain to various areas within immigration law.
