Amy Wildes joined Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. in 1992 as an Associate Attorney. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the prestigious Brandeis University and a J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and is fluent in Spanish.

She works primarily in our Englewood, New Jersey office and concentrates her practice mostly in Employer Compliance and I-9 Audits. She has managed many large scale I-9 audits, including assisting employers in response to government subpoenas. She also oversees I-9 maintenance programs for many organizations, including monitoring I-9 retention and destruction. Amy also conducts extensive training programs for legal and HR staff to become familiar with their obligations with regards to verifying the employment eligibility of their employees.

Amy has also worked extensively on extraordinary ability petitions (temporary and permanent) for many of the world’s most renowned individuals including scientists, scholars, singers, dancers, models and athletes, and is well-versed in all aspects of immigration law, having been a member of the firm for more than 30 years.

Amy is married to Managing Partner Michael Wildes, whom she met in the Immigration Law Class in their law school, and together they have 4 children.
