Chiwon “Ash” Chang is a Senior Attorney in Wildes & Weinberg’s Business Group where she works primarily on employment-based visa petitions. Ash’s practice concentrates on representing corporate clients in various industries on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including temporary visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. She also advises corporate clients in connection with the development and execution of global mobility strategies and compliance issues. Ash has extensive experience in handling all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, TN, PERM, and National Interest Waivers, amongst other application types.

Ash was previously employed with Wildes & Weinberg as an Associate Attorney for many years. Prior to re-joining Wildes & Weinberg in 2025, she worked as an Associate at large multi-practice law firms, including Fragomen and BAL, in New York, where she represented multinational corporate clients across a wide range of industries including technology, finance, and healthcare, with a particular focus on PERM. She also previously worked as a Writer for The Korea Times and as a Legal Intern for Former Immigration Judge David Kim.

Ash has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Immigration for many years, and having gone through the process herself, she is able to relate to her clients on a deep level. Ash is licensed in the State of New York , is fluent in Korean, and is conversant in both Japanese and Mandarin.
