Chiwon Ash Chang holds a B.A. in Music Business and Management from the Berklee College of Music (2005) and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School (2014), where she was a Staff Member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is fluent in Korean and conversant in Japanese and Chinese.
Ash was formerly employed with Media Korea, Inc. in Fort Lee, NJ in the position of Assistant Director of Marketing. She was also a Writer for The Korea Times and a Speech Writer for a New York State Senate candidate.
Ash is an Associate Attorney in the Business & Employment Immigration Group. Her practice concentrates on representing multinational corporate clients in various industries on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. She manages the production and processing of all non-immigrant and immigrant case work for multinational corporate clients. Ash also works with our firm’s Senior Litigator in representing clients before Immigration Courts and USCIS in adjustment, naturalization, Stokes, and asylum interviews.
