Julie P. Levey (née Geifman) received her B.A. from Colgate University, and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Julie has previously worked with several different immigration law firms, where she handled various employment-based immigration cases, including O-1, H-1B, R, TN and L-1 visa petitions, as well as Adjustment of Status applications, PERM Labor Certifications, and I-140 immigrant worker petitions. She has also worked with a number of non-profit organizations, including HIAS, Catholic Charities, and the Human Rights Clinic at Cardozo, where she worked with asylum seekers and victims of trafficking.
At Wildes & Weinberg, Julie is the leader of the O-1 Visa Practice Group. She specializes in handling O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability in various arts and business fields, in addition to P visas for international performing arts groups and athletes, as well as extraordinary ability (EB-1) I-140 petitions and green card applications. Julie is based in Denver, Colorado.
Julie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado.
