
Julie P. Levey (née Geifman) received her B.A. from Colgate University, and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Julie has previously worked with several different immigration law firms, where she handled various employment-based immigration cases, including O-1, H-1B, R, TN and L-1 visa petitions, as well as Adjustment of Status applications, PERM Labor Certifications, and I-140 immigrant worker petitions. She has also worked with a number of non-profit organizations, including HIAS, Catholic Charities, and the Human Rights Clinic at Cardozo, where she worked with asylum seekers and victims of trafficking.
At Wildes & Weinberg, Julie specializes in O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, business, science and education, as well as extraordinary ability (EB-1) I-140 petitions and green card applications. She also works on a variety of other employment- and family-based immigration cases.
Julie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the New York City Bar Association.
