Nicole Gunara joined Wildes & Weinberg P.C. in 2021 and is now one of the Team Leads in the Business Immigration Department. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, a Grande Diplôme from the International Culinary Center, and a J.D. with a concentration in Business and Financial Law from Fordham University’s School of Law in New York City. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. Nicole is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

Nicole has extensive experience in filing a wide-range of complex employment-based visas, extraordinary ability visas, and investment-based visas. During her time at Fordham, she participated in the Entrepreneurial Law clinic where she advised emerging businesses on entity formation, employment issues, and capital raising, and she also has experience at other firms in business immigration prior to joining the practice. Her core immigration law competencies include managing corporate accounts, advising large multinational corporations on establishing and maintaining their various immigration programs, and drafting and submitting successful petitions and responses for a wide array of employment-based and investment-based visa categories, such as H-1B, E-2, TN, EB-5, O-1, J-1, and L-1.

She is also well-versed in Consular Practice, having represented clients in Embassies and Consulates throughout the world, and has a demonstrated strong background in securities regulation, general business law, and considerations for emerging companies in the United States.
