As a Fashion Footwear Designer with several organizations of distinction, including her own design company, JÚLIAKÁLDY, Ms. Káldy was responsible for using her artistic skills to create unique footwear that took into account not only aesthetic appeal but also form and function. Ms. Káldy’s stunning creations have been showcased and exhibited at the field’s most prestigious fashion and design events. Moreover, her work has been featured in articles published in the most popular fashion media. The EB-1 is the permanent (green card) equivalent of the O-1 category, and allows aliens of extraordinary ability can qualify to apply for permanent residence in the United States. Since it is a permanent benefit, the standard of proof is substantially higher than for the O-1.
