The EB-1 is the initial step in the green card process, and is roughly the permanent equivalent to the O-1 visa category.

In an illustrious career, Ms. Kudacki has established herself as an individual of extraordinary ability as a Photographer and by virtue of her accomplishments, has risen to the very top of her field of endeavor.  Ms. Kudacki’s stylish photographs have been featured in, and on the covers of widely circulated popular magazines such as Elle, GQ, Paper, TIME, and Vogue, to name a few. She has been recruited by leading apparel and cosmetics companies to photograph Advertising Campaigns for Puma, Pantene, Cover Girl, H&M, Bergdorf Goodman, YSL Skincare, Clinique, L’Oreal, Revlon, Massimo Dutti, Michael Kors, Galleries Lafayette, Lanvin, Saks Fifth Avenue, MaxMara, Tamara Mellon, Victoria Secret, and more.
