As of September 8, 2010, individual applicants wishing to register for the ESTA Visa Waiver program must pay a fee of USD $14.00 (or local foreign equivalent) to register for the 90 day visa waiver program. Payment may be made currently through credit cards including MasterCard, Visa American Express or Discover or related Debit card. The fee is applicable to new registrants after 9/8/10. This fee is also applicable to applicants applying for renewal after 9/8/10. Currently, 56 foreign countries charge either entry or exit fees for visitors as well.
