Anders held the role of Senior Vice President for the EMEA region, Head of Volvo Cars within the Americas Region, and President & CEO of Volvo Car USA LLC. Holding both roles since 2017, Anders area of responsibility has spanned more than 80 countries during his career. Anders Gustafsson’s legacy as Senior Vice President of Americas & President and CEO of Volvo Car USA was remarkable. During his time as head of the Americas, Anders led the teams to increase sales from 100,000 to 150,000 while tripling market earnings and boosting retailer profitability by 400%. Anders is now pursuing his next journey in his accelerating career as CEO at Holdacha LLC, Johnson Automotive.

With deep knowledge of the strengths and efficiencies of a holistic value chain, Anders is skilled in his ability to capture value throughout the entire ownership cycle. Anders has progressed through the ranks of business throughout his career, operating in myriad automotive industry segments. In parallel, Anders has chaired and formed parts of boards, financial institutions, and IT organizations. Throughout his career, Anders has successfully spearheaded and executed multiple industry-wide transformation initiatives, with Carsharing Mobility one of many examples of a pioneered, consumer-centric service.
