how we helped maccabi haifa’s frantzdy pierrot in israel

Our firm stands ready to assist with all U.S. Immigration needs. Frantzdy Pierrot, a Haitian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Israeli Premier League, Maccabi Haifa,  as well as the Haiti national team, was prepared to leave Israel nearly 36 after the War broke out.  However, he was faced with an uncertain challenge once at the airport.

Frantzdy appeared at Ben Gurion’s airport ready to get on one of El Al’s first flight’s out shortly after the war broke out.  However, he faced unexpected difficulties leaving Israel with his five-month old baby.  Both Frantzdy and the baby hold U.S. Citizenship, however he was placed in a unique predicament as he approached the check in counter.  The issue:  Frantzdy only had a copy of the baby’s passport, not the original permanent one.  Through a series of contact’s Frantzdy’s problem was brought to the attention of Michael Wildes, Managing Partner of Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. It took nearly four hours and many phone calls to the appropriate authorities, but with one hour left prior to take-off, Michael was able to get Frantzdy permission to fly back to America with the baby using the copy of the passport! Our firm work’s tirelessly to assist with all U.S. Immigration needs.
