initial registration for fy2022 h-1b cap lottery opens soon

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has announced that the initial registration period for FY2022 H-1B Cap Lottery will open at 12:00 noon (ET) on March 9, 2021 and run through 12:00 noon (ET) on March 25th.  During this time, U.S. businesses use the H-1B visa program to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge, including, but not limited to scientists, engineers, or computer programmers, can submit their registrations for the H-1B Lottery.  Be proactive and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with this timely and important matter.
