In his capacity as a Lululemon global ambassador, Manoj has helped ease anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic by leading meditation focused classes on Lululemon’s Instagram Live page.
Mr. Dias is a renowned meditation teacher from Australia who has attained vast recognition for his revered teaching methods. He has been lauded for helping many overcome obstacles, discover a path for mindful living, gain insights, connect deeper to the world, and live a virtuous life whilst training their minds.
