Ms. Chia-Yi Huang, a native of Taiwan, is a recognized architectural designer. As has been affirmed by several peers in the architecture field, she has a very unique and creative perspective on architectural design and integration. Most recently, Chia-Yi Huang has designed with the esteemed and revered architectural firm Leeser Architecture, where she has played an indispensable role since 2014.
Chia-Yi Huang has a proven track record in all facets of the architectural design process from initial concept mobilization through construction. She has distinguished herself in the field with raw talent, ability and skill sets required to be an architectural designer of esteemed repute. Ms. Huang excels in illustration and model construction. She has superior knowledge in design strategy and a mastery of technical feasibility potential. She is an expert in residential design, construction documentation, project management, and project management consulting. Due to her acclaim in the US, Ms. Huang will hold a critical position with TLi Architect.
In order to qualify for an O-1 visa which allows individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, athletics, education or business to live and work in the United States, a foreign national must provide adequate documentation to demonstrate that he/she has sustained national or international acclaim in their field.
In addition, the individual must provide substantial evidence to prove that he/she meets 3 of the 6 evidence categories defined by statute, as well as a written advisory opinion from a labor union or relevant peer group. The O-1 visa applicant must also show that he/she has an offer of employment in the United States to work in his/her field of expertise (or several offers of employment from multiple sources, along with a third-party Agent to petition on the individual’s behalf and connect him/her to the multiple employers).
