o-1 approval secured for jessica rae taylor

Michael Wildes, Managing Partner of Wildes & Weinberg, is pleased to announce that he has secured an O-1 visa approval for acclaimed Australian actress, singer and dancer Jessica Rae Taylor, based on her extraordinary ability in the arts.

In order to qualify for an O-1 visa, which allows individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, education, athletics or business, to live and work in the United States, a foreign national must provide adequate documentation to support a claim of extraordinary ability as demonstrated by sustained national or international acclaim; as well as substantial documentation evidencing that he or she meets at least 3 of the acceptable evidence categories as defined by statute; a written advisory opinion from a peer group (if applicable); and an offer of employment (or multiple offers of employment, and a third party agent to petition on the individual’s behalf).

Jessica Rae Taylor has performed all over the world as a singer, dancer and actress, with prestigious organizations and theatre companies in her home country of Australia and beyond. She starred in prominent productions at Universal Studios in Singapore, as well as throughout Asia with Royal Caribbean-Legend of the Seas. She has received much recognition for her work as a performing artist from critics and the press. As part of her O-1 visa application, our firm worked with Jessica to present exhaustive documentary evidence demonstrating her outstanding career in the arts thus far, along with an itinerary of the upcoming work in the U.S. that she has been engaged to do, and several testimonial letters from experts in her field confirming her extraordinary ability.

Jessica has secured multiple offers of employment to continue her wonderful work as a performing artist in the United States pursuant to her O-1 visa. She connected with a third party Agent who was the Petitioner of her O-1 visa application, which allows her to able to accept multiple offers of employment from different companies in connection with her O-1 visa.

Jessica commented:
I first met with Michael Wildes and of course like anything it is overwhelming to begin this process… overall he knew everything and answered every question to the best of his ability. His team that work along side him are very professional and experienced. They explained everything in detail and were always prepared. This team is active in doing the best they can to help you obtain the best status you possibly can. I would totally recommend them.
