Managing Partner Michael Wildes is proud to announce the approval of the petition filed on behalf of ANTI Management to secure O-1 classification for international fashion model Maud Le Fort.
In demonstration of her extraordinary acclaim, Ms. Le Fort has appeared on magazine covers and in editorials for prominent publications such as Elle France, Elle Italia, Elle Russia, Elle US, Harper’s Bazaar China, Schon Magazine and Vogue Italia. In addition to her editorial work, Ms. Le Fort has gained massive exposure from her appearances for major brands Elie Saab, Jean Paul Gaultier (several times), Lela Rose, Oscar de la Renta, Ralph Rucci and Sass & Bide, among others.
Established in 2017, ANTI management approaches the modeling business with a creative mindset. It is not only a new agency but a new way of managing, in which our clients are first and foremost, are models. The time is right for an agency to emerge that embraces the freedom of opportunity that a constantly evolving industry provides. New York is ready for an agency that dares to champion diversity, integrity and the steadfast ideals which generate hype, but that also faithfully maintain the foresight and mindful stewardship to manage the long-term success of its brand and models. Comprised of top-tier industry professionals, ANTI Management tailors the work to fit the models’ dreams, desires, and skillsets; not the other way around. Instead of being confined within a stifling industry template, ANTI Management trusts in their expert team to make the important decisions that can only be made by those with years of industry experience.
In order to qualify for an O-1 visa, which allows individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, athletics, education or business to live and work in the United States, a foreign national must provide adequate documentation to demonstrate that he/she has sustained national or international acclaim in their field.
In addition, the individual must provide substantial evidence to prove that he/she meets three of the evidence categories defined by statute, as well as a written advisory opinion from a labor union or relevant peer group. The O-1 visa applicant must also show that he/she has an offer of employment in the United States to work in his/her field of expertise (or several offers of employment from multiple sources, along with a third-party Agent to petition on the individual’s behalf and connect him/her to the multiple employers).
