The Williamsburgh Savings Bank, originally built in 1875, was not preserved for decades and fell into serious disrepair. With his unique vision and a team of team of architects, artisans, and other designers, Mr. Perez San Martin’s beautiful restoration of the Williamsburgh Savings Bank received the prestigious Lucy G.
