Wildes and Weinberg, P.C., is consulting with scores of students across the United States who have had their SEVIS records terminated without proper due process.
As such, we are actively engaging in a lawsuit under the Administrative Procedure Act, and other statutory provisions against the federal government. In this lawsuit, we will represent individuals/students who were in the United States in valid F-1 status and whose visa/status was revoked under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(f). We will seek to reinstate their status and their SEVIS records through the issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order from a Federal District Court.
