Managing Partner Michael Wildes congratulates associate Brandee Rose McDermott on passing the bar in New Mexico.  Brandee is located in the New York City office and specializes in O and EB-1 Extaordinary Ability petitions and consular processing before the Department of State.

Brandee Rose McDermott earned her B.A. in Politics from The Catholic University of America in 2016. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2022, where she served as the Co-Chair of the Brooklyn Law Immigration Society (BLIS).  In addition, she was the recipient of the Brooklyn Law School Pro-Bono Award for her work on Department of Defense Review Board and Department of Veterans Affairs discharge upgrade applications for low-income veterans, as well as her work advocating for children in abuse and neglect proceedings at The Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable David B. Katz, P.J.F.P. at the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex County Vicinage.

Brandee is admitted to practice law in the State of New Mexico and is licensed to practice in immigration courts throughout the United States. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
