The staff at Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. is hard at work burning the midnight oil in order to complete all H-1 cap cases in a timely fashion.
On Tuesday April 1, 2014, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) will begin accepting new H-1B petitions for the 2015 fiscal year, with a start date of October 1, 2014.
