michael wildes presents an “immigration 101” workshop to rutgers school of law – camden students

Managing Partner Michael Wildes recently presented an “Immigration 101” workshop to Rutgers School of Law – Camden students.
Professor Ari Afilalo, who teaches courses in International Trade Law, International Business Transactions, and Contracts, brought his Rutgers School of Law – Camden students to the Madison Avenue offices of Wildes & Weinberg last week to learn first hand the basics of U.S. Immigration Law from noted attorney Michael Wildes, who is also an Adjunct Professor of Business Immigration Law at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. The workshop provided basic information on U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law.
According to Professor Afilalo, “On behalf of my students and Rutgers Law I want to thank you for being such a generous host to my class last week, and for your gracious offer to keep the door open for those who want to learn or connect”.
Michael Wildes has been lecturing extensively on U.S. Immigration Law to universities, corporations, non-profit and social organizations, other law firms, immigration municipalities, and to the public at large for many years.  As a service to the community, his lectures are intended to increase public understanding of immigration laws and how to remain in compliance.  He has presented lectures at such noteworthy institutions as Yale University, Yeshiva University, Pace University, Berkeley College, and organizations such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Realtors, and other Foundations.
Fifty years since its inception, the firm of Wildes & Weinberg continues to serve a distinguished domestic and international clientele and covers all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment and investment-based immigration, work permits, permanent residence for qualified individuals, family-based immigration, asylum applications and all temporary and permanent-type visas.
