michael wildes returns to the new school

On Monday December 2, 2013, Wildes & Weinberg, P.C.
Managing Partner Michael Wildes returned to lecture at The New School on U.S.
Immigration and Nationality Law: A Guide for International Students.

With 27% of its student body coming from places outside
of the U.S., The New School’s international reputation for academic excellence
and its location in New York City’s Greenwich Village are appealing to students
from around the globe.
  As such, the
office of International Students asked Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. Managing
Partner, Michael Wildes, to address its foreign students on the topic of U.S.
Immigration and Nationality Law.
  Mr.
Wildes presented A Guide for International Students and explained the process
and procedures needed in order to remain in the U.S. post graduation.
According to the students, “the lecture
was filled with important information and provided guidelines for remaining in
the U.S. after the F-1 student visa expired.”

Michael Wildes is no stranger to the needs of
international students as he has presented this type of workshop in many other
noteworthy institutions, such as New York University, Yeshiva University, and
Yale University.
  Further, Mr. Wildes is
an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School, located
just a few blocks from the New Schools 12th Street Campus.

The firm of Wildes & Weinberg believes strongly in
community outreach and offers these types of lectures free of charge.
