The seminar, “It is a Whole New World — Everything You Need to Know About Immigration Enforcement Under the Obama Administration”, covered topics including H-1 and L-1 site visits, border issues, I-9 compliance and audit issues, U.S. visas and permanent residence processing, and U.S. citizenship issues.
