The Wildes & Weinberg teamed addressed a wide variety of topics related to foreign-born students including F-1 visa compliance, Optional Practical Training and the “Cap Gap.” This recent seminar is but the first of a series of immigration workshops to be offered at Yeshiva University and one of many that have been offered throughout the area in the last few years.
