The students of Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. Managing
Partner Michael Wildes, a/k/a Adjunct Professor of Business Immigration Law at
the Benjamin N.Cardozo School of Law, heard from Mr. Wildes’ law partner,
Steven Weinberg, in connection with business ethics on Wednesday, October
30, 2013.
Steven Weinberg is a Law
Review member and graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, and has been
with Wildes & Weinberg for over 30 years; first as an Associate Attorney
and then a Partner since 1976. His contributions have added to the firm’s
reputation for incisive legal analysis and effective representation. A 25 year member of the American Immigration
Lawyers Association, Steven Weinberg is accomplished in Federal immigration litigation. He has argued cases across the country and
before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
A recognized expert in corporate/business immigration matters, labor
certifications and I-9 compliance, he is also a frequent lecturer and panelist
at seminars and professional organizations.
The students were honored by the
presences of both of these Partners but were concerned as to who was minding
the shop while they were both in the classroom.
Remaining behind to field any important issues that arose during this
time was Senior Partner Leon Wildes, who had the privilege of teaching
Immigration Law at Cardozo for nearly 30 years.
