This session will cover key legal frameworks, including the Administrative Procedure Act and related statutory provisions. Our litigation team will outline how we are representing students who maintained valid F-1 status in the U.S. but lost their visa or SEVIS status under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(f). We will also explain our efforts to seek reinstatement through federal court, including requests for Temporary Restraining Orders.
