Wildes and Weinberg recently hosted an American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) “brown bag” lunch on the topic of Federal Challenges to Adjustment of Status Denials on the Basis of False Claim to U.S citizenship.
Managing Partner Michael Wildes noted:
