Michael Wildes,
Managing Partner Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. and a former federal prosecutor
and current Adjunct Professor of Waw at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law,
joined Shepard Smith, on Fox News Live, July 31, 2013 to further discuss
the Snowden matter and the CIA leaks.
According to a former NSA employee, phone surveillance records are seized on more than 3 billion calls a
day. According to the report, phone numbers and the duration of the call
are being tracked and collected. While some people feel that this in an
invasion of each individuals privacy, the fact remains that this surveillance
has lead to the disruption of more than 12 terrorist attacks. Mr. Wildes
has previously testified on Capitol Hill in connection with anti-terrorism
legislation.
