Managing Partner Michael Wildes recently commented on the new Utah immigration law to Deseret News.
In the article, “Utah Solution” to immigration to be put to the test, Michael is quoted “It does contain some echoes of Arizona law. I think eventually the federal government will file a lawsuit against the state of Utah as it did in Arizona.”
In addition, in an article for The Spectrum and Daily News, Michael states that he thinks Utah’s guest worker program should be implemted throughout the U.S., but that it will likely not fly under the Constitution.
