Managing Partner Michael Wildes was recently asked to weigh in on the Immigration ban double standard for Food Network Star Lawson. In an April 4, 2014 article appearing in the New York Post, Michael was asked to comment on Nigella Lawson recently being prevented from boarding a plane to the United States. Michael is quoted as saying that Lawson could win a waiver to allow her back into the United States if she cooks up a convincing reason. “The truth is if the government wants Paul McCartney in the United States, and sees the talent and the philanthropy and the contributions and the money involved in concerts, promotions and events, we find there is a politic that allows one to get something where another wouldn’t.” To view the complete text of the article, please click here.
