I have been following an Afghan by the name of Muhammed Gulab for a little over 5 years now. I watched his popularity rise with the release of the movie Lone Survivor. I also have been following the news and the threats Mr. Gulab received against he and his family in Afghanistan. Through the news I learned Mr. Gulab was now being helped pro bono by an amazing New York immigration attorney, Michael Wildes esq. from Wildes & Weinberg Law Offices. I feel Mr. Gulab earned his US citizenship back in June of 2005, much less a green card for he and his family. The fact that Mr. Wildes took on this case (for free) speaks volumes of his character and his compassion for a fellow man. Bravo Mr. Wildes!
