I had a great experience working with Michael, Walter, Felicia and the whole team at Wildes & Weinberg. My immigration case was complicated and I thought that it was impossible for me to receive a green card. I was a DACA recipient, and following Michael's advice I applied for a travel document which helped me to qualify for a status adjustment.
My case was handled proactively and I'm grateful to the entire team for all their work. I would highly recommend this firm to friends and family. I am glad that my case was successfully completed and I finally received my green card.

Michael Wildes, and his team at Wildes and Weinberg are top notch as immigration lawyers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were personal and always on top of things, working with me to create the best and strongest application possible. My Visa was approved quickly, and I am very happily living in New York now.

I worked with Michael Wildes at Wildes & Weinberg on my green card application. They made the immigration process so much easier by providing me with useful and accurate information. Michael worked many late nights with me on my application to accommodate my busy work schedule; he also prepared me well for the interview which went smoothly and we didn't get any surprise questions at all. Michael's extensive experience with immigration law and the USCIS made the application process much faster and we received the approval much earlier than I expected.

I want to thank Mr. Michael Wildes for all his great advice and guidance in helping me and my husband obtain permanent residence in the United States. We reentered the United States May 2, 2017 with our immigrant visas. We obtained residence in the United States through the Diversity Lottery program having been selected out of millions of applicants from all over the world. Our main fear was traveling back to Ukraine to the American consulate to attend the immigrant visa interview. As long overstays on F-1 foreign student visas it was a huge risk to take as we had made a life here in the USA and we feared getting stuck in the Ukraine, but Mr. Wildes reassured us that there would be no triggering of the ten (10) year immigration bar because of the manner of our initial entry to the United States under duration of stay and therefore we were eligible for this process overseas. Mr. Wildes reassured us and gave us the explanation of the law in writing for presentation to the American Consul in Kiev and provided us with the confidence we needed to make this possible. After ten (10) years in the United States my husband and I were able to visit our parents and respective family members and return as legal permanent resident aliens. Mr. Wildes made all this possible and we are eternally grateful to him. We can't wait to become American citizens in five (5) years.
