Good Morning Michael, I was pleased to read your father's name in the article below about President Obama's plan to grant Deferred Action to more undocumented immigrants. I remember you telling me how your father famously represented John Lennon in his deportation case. I think it is great that his work is being cited here to describe why the President would be acting within the law if he used prosecutorial discretion to provide relief to millions of undocumented immigrants. Please let me know if you plan on speaking on this issue anytime soon. I would love to share clips of your appearances on this issue with my network. Best Regards, Christian Estevez Latino Action Network http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/obamas-potential-immigration-plan-could-enter-uncharted-territory/2014/11/17/3e5be738-6dde-11e4-ad12-3734c461eab6_story.html?hpid=z3

Government’s acknowledgment of prosecutorial discretion in immigration cases can be traced to ex-Beatle John Lennon #Imagine

I worked with Mike Wildes and Paul Viola to get my visa renewed and would definitely use their services again in the future. They provided detailed guidance on the process, giving me full comfort and clarity on the situation. Thanks a lot guys!

Wildes & Weinberg did an excellent job getting me a O-1 visa. Loved the ability to email or call the team pretty much 24/7 and get a response back.

Since our first meeting, Michael proved his knowledge on immigration and clearly explained all my options. After a quick assessment in which they determined I was a potential candidate for an O-1 Visa we started working on gathering all the information for the petition. Michael and Lorraine were both open to questions and council and really helped me on every step. My case closed with an approval and we're following up on the next steps. I definitely recommend Wildes & Weinberg for any immigration cases.
