I have had the pleasure of working with Michael and his team for the past years through work visa applications and, most recently, a permanent resident application, all of them with a successful outcome. I can't thank them enough for their continuous professionalism, attentiveness and expert guidance through the process. The team was always there to help, answer my questions and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Special thanks to Michael, Faviola Gordillo, Walter Gottschalk and Joseph Caraccio. In a process that at times can be very stressful, having a team that is always there to support you makes all the difference. I highly recommend Michael Wildes and the team at Wildes and Weinberg P.C. Without any doubt, they will continue to be my go to for all Immigration matters.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Wildes and his team for several years. Through an E3 Australian work visa and spousal Green card application and approvals. Michael together with each one of his attorneys and assistants are incredibly thorough, professional and get the job done accurately and timely. I've heard endless horror stories from friends who have tried to use other attorneys and ended up paying twice. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you hope to have your applications approved.

My husband and I were introduced to Michael and his team back in April 2019. I wanted to apply for my GreenCard and Michael came highly recommended. Over the next 18-months (and a Covid lockdown) the team that looked after my application were, in a word, amazing! They tirelessly worked on helping us fill out forms, collate documents, guide us on the interview process and were available anytime to answer a plethora of questions. Over the past 18-months Michael’s legal team went above and beyond for my husband and I, we always felt as though our case was important to them, they were conscientious, diligent and swift in the work they performed. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael and his firm to anyone looking for a legal team that will genuinely have your best interests at heart and work untiringly to get the job done. I am an Australian citizen initially wishing to travel to America for personal reasons however, after the establishment and incorporation of a business in America, I needed a working Visa. This required me to go from a B-1 visa to an E-3 Visa over a period of time. In fact I obtained my first B-1 Visa in 2011 which was renewed in 2012 and 2013 as they were only one year visas. Since then I have been successful in obtaining three E-3 visas in 2016, 2018 and now 2020. This means I have had over a decade exposure to Wildes & Weinberg. I say one decade because prior to the first Visa being issued there was 18 months of hard work due to the fact that I needed to obtain a waiver application because I have a difficult history that precluded my entry into America on normal terms. Everyone I spoke to at the time said in view of my past that I would not be successful in gaining entry to the United States of America but they underestimated my resolve and the expertise and dogged determination of Michael Wildes and his very experienced, loyal and approachable team. I do not believe I would have been successful on multiple occasions with my history with any other firm other than with Wildes & Weinberg. They are professional, intelligent and they explained everything to me along the way. They held my hand, under promised and over delivered. If you are reading the testimonial section of Wildes & Weinberg, it means you are considering briefing them. Consider no longer and do it! They are definitely not the cheapest, but they are the best and they are successful in looking after their clients and that is the only relevant issue to consider. Rodney Adler
